Ajna is the sixth chakra. Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra connects us to our intuition and cosmic insight. Awakening your third eye allows you to open up to an intuitive sensibility and inner perception. When out of balance you may be susceptible to moodiness, daydreaming or distrust. When in balance, we can focus our mind and consciousness. We can see beyond the distractions and illusions that stand before us and have more insight to live and create more deeply aligned with our highest good.
