Svadhisthana is the second chakra. Located in the lower abdomen, the sacral chakra is our emotional centre and harnesses our sexual and creative energies. When out of balance we may feel jealous or possessive and shame over our body or sexuality. When in balance, we experience creative abundance and sexual fulfilment.
