My bar bracelets are hammered, stamped and polished by hand, using recycled 'eco' sterling silver.

The messages they carry are designed as a mindful reminder to the wearer, to centre themselves and assist them in returning to love. Each bracelet is handmade to order and as such, please allow a 2 week lead time for orders to be processed and made.

The dimensions of each bar are 4mm wide by 3-4cm long and you can choose from four sizes; small (15cm), medium (16.5cm), large (18cm) extra large (19.5cm)
